Leaving China

Tomorrow morning we leave the hotel for the airport.  We will fly to Tokyo, then Minneapolis then Cincinnati.

By the time we get home, we will have flown 12 airline legs, traveled once by overnight train, had multiple bus and van rides, and traveled some 6,000 miles inside China, plus the miles from an to the US

Additionally, we will have stayed in Chinese villagers homes, Mongolian gers and various local hotels.

Returning from Stanley on the other side of the island, we took a cab to Soho away from the water above Connaught road where an area of the demonstrations are, at Central. Quiet there and had lunch.
